StorEn entered into a Distribution Agreement with Arco Fuel Cells S.r.l.. Pursuant to this Agreement with Arco Fuel Cells, StorEn was granted the exclusive right to distribute in the US, Canada and Mexico the fuel cell stacks, fuel cells and lithium battery packs for the material handling industry manufactured by Arco.
